Signed in, Send Feedback in your user menu sends the same message with the page you were on and your browser attached — which is usually the first thing we would ask for.

How quickly will I hear back?
We read everything that comes in and normally reply within one business day. Answers come from support@velosiq.net, so add that address to your contacts if your spam filter is strict.
Do I need a Velosiq account to write in?
No. The form is open to anyone, whether you are already using Velosiq, still deciding, or writing about something else entirely.
I am already a customer and stuck on something. Is this the fastest route?
Often not. The Help Center answers most how-do-I questions immediately, and if you are signed in, Send Feedback in your user menu attaches the page you were on so we can see what you saw.
What should I include for a billing question?
The email address on the account. Billing and subscription records are tied to that address, and without it we cannot look up the account you are asking about.
Where do privacy requests go?
To legal@velosiq.net. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information are handled there rather than through this form, so they are logged in one place.
